About the Paul and Katherine Morrow Family Foundation

The Paul & Katherine Morrow Family foundation is dedicated to supporting organizations that strengthen our communities through programs that are compassionate, sustainable, and impact. 


Before submitting an application, please review the eligibility criteria below to ensure your organization and project align with our funding priorities. 

Eligible Applicants

To be considered for funding, applicants must:

  • Be a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. 
  • Be in good standing with the IRS. 
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and sound financial management.
  • Align with one or more of the foundation's focus areas. 

Ineligible Applicants or Activities

The Foundation does not provide funding for:

  • Individuals or personal assistance 
  • Political campaigns or lobbying efforts 
  • For-profit businesses 
  • Organizations without current financial documentation or a completed Form 990

Additional Considerations

  • Organizations may submit one application per calendar year. 
  • Past funding does not guarantee future support. 
  • Site visits or follow-up materials may be requested as part of the review process.

Funding is focused on initiatives that create meaningful, lasing impact in the following areas:

  • Education
  • Health & Human Services 
  • Community and Economic Enrichment 
  • Arts, Culture, and Humanities 
  • Youth Development
  • Religion 

Geography

The Foundations considers grant requests from organizations operating:

  • Locally - Serving communities in West Texas, with emphasis on Midland and Ector Counties. 
  • Nationally - Supporting U.S.-based initiatives that align with the Foundation's missions and demonstrate community impact. 
  • Internationally - Funding global efforts that promote education, health, and human and economic development in underserved regions.
