Eligibility

To be considered for funding, applicants must:

Be a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Be in good standing with the IRS.
Demonstrate strong leadership and sound financial management.
Align with one or more of the foundation's focus areas.

The Foundation does not provide funding for:

Organizations may submit one application per calendar year.
Past funding does not guarantee future support.
Site visits or follow-up materials may be requested as part of the review process.

Scope of Giving

Funding is focused on initiatives that create meaningful, lasing impact in the following areas:

The Foundations considers grant requests from organizations operating:

Locally - Serving communities in West Texas, with emphasis on Midland and Ector Counties.
Nationally - Supporting U.S.-based initiatives that align with the Foundation's missions and demonstrate community impact.
Internationally - Funding global efforts that promote education, health, and human and economic development in underserved regions.
