Application Process
1. Review your eligibility
Before applying, please review our grant guidelines to ensure your organization and project align with our funding priorities.
2. Prepare your application materials
Applicants are asked to provide the following documents:
- Pre-Application SF-1
- Funding Request Summary SF-2
- Institutional Profile SF-3
- Current Year Operating Budget SF-4
- Year-to-Date Budget vs. Actual Comparison SF-5
- Prior Year Contribution Analysis SF-6
- Most Recent 990
- Most Recent Statement of Financial Position
- Most Recent Statement of Activity
- IRS Determination Letter
3. Submit your application
Please email the completed application documents to Courtney Glynn-Abney, cglynn@morrowenergy.com, by October 1st 11:59 pm.
4. Review and Evaluation
Each application is carefully reviewed by the Foundation. Site visits or additional documentation may be requested during this stage.
5. Notification and Follow-Up
Applicants will receive a decision within 8 weeks of the submission deadline. Approved grantees will receive payment details and award letters outlining reporting requirements.
